I just finished my first workout of P90XR2 - Chest and Back. I'm pleased to announce that my intensity and feeling of strength was better than I remember. I attribute that to the two weeks I took off which gave my body a chance to rebuild and recover from the previous 97 days worth of torture. Where I was recording 10 pullups with a chair or with a foot tap on the floor between reps before, I was doing 10 pullups completely unassisted, fast, and strong. Nice. I beat my Round One numbers in just about every category, especially pushups. And this is the first workout of ninety. Nice.
Nice work on the P90X. I just came across your blog and saw you are into Rd2 ... very cool. I just finished up rd 1 and am beginning P90X + PLUS on Monday. I have been keeping a blog also: www.danglethecarrot.blogspot.com
