Starting week 11 tomorrow with Workout A. You can see that this part of the program only has two main exercises, one "assistance" exercise, and then abs. Lots of sets, though. I'm really looking forward to this one because I think this is where the strength gains are going to start coming a bit more. Plus, I don't have to wander around the gym going from bench to rack to this to that. I can just park my arse at the squat rack and do my thing. In fact, I can do almost all of these exercises at the squat rack. At the YMCA I am going to up here in Wisconsin, they have a brand spanking new free weight room with all manner of Olympic lifts apparati like weight plates made out of some kind of composite rubber material so you can dump them on the floor at the end of your high snatch pulls or whathaveyou. And there are two big nice squat racks and two smith machines. And the last time I went last week it was basically deserted. Nice.
In other news, I have kinda been not eating wheat for about five days, sorta as an experiment (can you tell I'm totally invested in this?). For carbs I'm eating fresh fruits and vegetables and quinoa.
I'll follow up in a couple of weeks if I can keep going that long without eating anything with wheat in it.

For now, I'm not sure I'm missing it.
I was forced to take a week off, week before last, because I got sent on a high-pressure job that literally left me zero time to workout. But I knew that it was going to be short-lived so I am basically going to call it an off week. I may adjust as I go forward by not taking the next recovery week, but we'll see how bushed I am after this next phase.
I really love this workout!
